Current Job Opening:
Education Mentor & Outreach Coordinator
Sahayata Trust is seeking an experienced education professional to engage with students, parents, teachers and school leaders to promote education, career awareness and skill development through regular school visits and interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct student motivation and career guidance sessions.
Engage parents, teachers and school leadership.
Promote higher education, vocational pathways and skill development.
Visit around seven schools each week and submit reports.
Support programme implementation with the Trust team.
Eligibility
Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years' experience in the education sector.
Experience as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal or Principal preferred.
Strong communication, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.
Field-based role with travel across Hyderabad (travel provided for official visits).
